Welcome to Lokerfy ("we," "us," or "our"), a premium Framer template designed for building modern job boards. By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using Lokerfy (the "Template") or any associated resources, including but not limited to our website, documentation, or support materials (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your")—whether an individual, business, or entity—and Lokerfy. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to bind yourself or your entity to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

Use, customize, and modify the Template for your internal business or personal purposes, including building and hosting job boards on Framer or compatible platforms.
Remix and publish one (1) production website using the Template.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Template as a standalone product.
Use the Template to create competing templates or services.
Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attributions embedded in the Template.
Use the Template for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us. Ownership of the Template remains with us or our licensors.

2. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or integrate into the Template (e.g., job listings, images, text—"Your Content"). By providing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it as necessary to provide the Services.

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring Your Content does not violate any laws, third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy), or these Terms.
Backing up Your Content— we are not liable for any loss or corruption.
Complying with applicable export laws and regulations.

3. Payments and Refunds

Purchases of the Template are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. All fees are in USD and exclude taxes, which you agree to pay. We may update pricing with notice via our website.

4. Third-Party Services

The Template integrates with Framer and may rely on third-party tools (e.g., Framer CMS, external APIs). Your use is subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, including downtime, data loss, or compatibility changes.

By using the Template, you agree to Framer's Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Template.
Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
Impersonate others or violate privacy rights.
Overload or disrupt the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, without notice or liability.

6. Intellectual Property

The Template, including code, designs, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Lokerfy" and associated marks are our property. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

Any feedback you provide becomes our property, and we may use it without compensation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Template will be error-free, secure, or compatible with future Framer updates.

You use the Services at your own risk. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Template (or $100 if free). We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or violations of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the Template. Sections 1, 2, 6–13 survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice (e.g., via website). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
